Mr. Styles has over 30 years of investing experience in the areas of investment banking (M&A, corporate finance), and private equity investing as well as strategic consulting, commercial banking and financial management.

• Served in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking practice as a member of the M&A Department in NYC and the Corporate Finance Department in Chicago.  
• Extensive corporate finance, M&A, operations and financial management experience in early-stage and middle market sectors.
• Co-founded and built the Los Angeles Technology Venture Banking office for Imperial Bank.
• Private equity, deal sourcing and negotiations.
